Wow! This capsule is great!! I've been taking this for over a year now. Been supplementing with my other meds. My A1C has come down 2 whole points. I am looking forward to not taking my other meds in the future. My doctor says if my A1C is below 7; then I can stop taking the Metformin. (which I do not like taking). Thank you!!
